Finding and Accessing the VegasNow Bonus Code Section
The first step to claiming your bonus is locating the correct section within the VegasNow mobile app. After downloading and logging into the app, navigate to the main lobby. Look for a tab or button labeled “Promotions,” “Bonuses,” or “Offers.” This section is typically represented by an icon like a gift box or a megaphone. Tapping on this will open a list of all current and upcoming promotions available at VegasNow casino. Scroll through this list to find the specific offer you wish to claim, such as a “VegasNow no deposit” bonus or a deposit match promotion. It’s crucial to read the terms and conditions linked to each offer before proceeding to ensure you understand the wagering requirements and game restrictions.
A Step-by-Step Guide to Entering Your VegasNow Promo Code
Once you have selected your desired VegasNow bonus, the next step is entering the code. The process is usually straightforward, but missing a step can prevent the bonus from activating correctly. Here is a typical workflow:
- If you are claiming a deposit-based bonus, proceed to the cashier section within the app.
- Choose your preferred payment method (e.g., Visa, Skrill, or Neteller).
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit. Ensure it meets the minimum requirement for the bonus.
- Before you confirm the transaction, a field labeled “Bonus Code,” “Promo Code,” or “Offer Code” should appear on the deposit screen.
- Carefully type the exact VegasNow promo code into this field. Codes are often case-sensitive.
- Double-check the code for any typos, then complete your deposit. The bonus funds or VegasNow free spins should be credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes.
For no-deposit offers, you might find a “Claim” button in the promotions section instead of entering a code at the cashier.
Common Issues and Troubleshooting Steps
Sometimes, the bonus might not credit as expected. Here are common problems and their solutions:
- Code Not Working: The most frequent issue is an incorrectly entered code. Verify the spelling and case. Ensure the offer has not expired.
- Bonus Not Credited: If the funds or spins aren’t added after a successful deposit, first check the “Active Bonuses” section of your account. If it’s not there, contact customer support via live chat or email, providing your username and the transaction details.
- Bonus Funds Not Available for Withdrawal: Remember, all bonuses come with wagering requirements (playthrough conditions). You must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times (e.g., 35x) before it becomes withdrawable cash.
